Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your KKC Kart account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the specific items you wish to return or exchange to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
